All orders are processed Monday-Friday excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed on weekdays or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Processing time does not include time transit for delivery.

NOTE:

  • We will send an email for confirmation of your purchase and another containing a tracking number for the item(s). 
  • We are not responsible for delayed orders after shipments leave our warehouse.

  • We offer local delivery only within 13 miles from our location.
  • You can only able to choose one of the shipping methods.

Return/Refund Policy

 Due to our custom made order, we offer neither refund nor exchange. All of our products are final sales. Once you placed an order you can neither cancel it nor change it, but we understand sometimes mistakes happen, would that been said if your order has not been fulfilled yet, we can not cancel it but we can make a change, be mindful we only can change it one time and the item must be the same price, changes must be notified within 24 hours. we advise you to make sure you check your size and compare it to the size sheet. Have the right size and color for the item(s) and correct name and address for the item(s) will be shipped. If the shipment details are incorrect or you order the wrong item(s) or size, we are not responsible.

Due to the difference between computer monitors, lights, photographic equipment, etc.., and every batch of products might be a little bit different, please refer to the actual item you received. 

 Error/ Damage

Now and then mistakes happen. If an item is sent to you in error/damaged, please, contact us immediately and we will resolve the matter as quickly as possible, in the process, we are so appreciative of your patients.

 NOTE damage/error must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Lost/ Delay packages

If an item appears to be lost in transit, please, contact us, and we will begin to tracer on the package. More often than not the package is located by the post office/mail carrier and delivered safely. If not, we will take action depending on the situation to resolve the matter.
